If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm the change in your address. We cannot change your address once the order is shipped. Please contact your local postal office to have your mail forwarded to you.

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Do not worry, please send us an email at candidcanvasart@gmail.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.

We ship to 50+ countries of the world and provide FREE SHIPPING on orders.

If your country is not listed at checkout page then please contact us. We might be able to create a special order for you. Shipping Fee will apply.

We are an e-commerce store that ships our products worldwide. Our headquarters is located in London, UK. We do not have a physical store.

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong and China. Our manufacturing facility is in China. We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard. 

Processing will take 3-5 days from the time of your order. 

Shipping will take 8-20 Business Days, depending on the country.

The majority of our products will arrive within a 10 business day time frame after the product has been processed and shipped. Some variability may cause the shipment to take as long as 15-20 business days depending on the location of shipment, security, customs and processing.

We provide FREE SHIPPING to all orders.

If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact us.

We sometimes ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times and to meet weight restrictions. Please refer to your tracking codes to see when your other items are going to be delivered to you.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You can visit our Returns Policy page or simply email us directly at candidcanvasart@gmail.com and we’ll take you through our hassle free return policy!

We allow a 12 hour window where you can change your order. Please contact us right away and provide us with:

- Your order number

- product you would like to change or cancel

- product you would like to replace it with

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! 

Once the order is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

We offer different currencies. Please select your region and currency at the footer of the page. If your currency is not listed and you are using a credit card with alternate currency, the conversion will be done by your bank.

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

- Your order number

- The name of the item you did not receive

- The name of the item you received in it's place

- A clear photograph of the item you have received
